Baby A-" I-oh-no" (I dunno)

 Mama-"Are you having fun?"

Baby A-"YEAH!"

 Mama-:"What is that?"

Baby A- "Apoh" "Yo Yo" (apples and yogurt)

Mama- "Who DOES that belong to? You?

Baby A- NO! "yaya" (middle A)

Mama-Ah ok. All done?

Baby A- Ah done!

Children...

This week I am realizing how fast my children are growing and I would love it if someone would step on the brakes for me.

Just this week:

Big A has asked me if he could taste my coffee, when can he start saving up for his own car, and said he wants to graduate early so he can start college. He's also become quite the helper with his baby sister....sigh...



Middle A turned 5 yrs old and has said that she doesnt want THOSE pajamas or THOSE pants..I want to wear THESE ones...as if she now has a choice at 5 yrs old. She's also told me numerous times that I'm a nice Mom and she loves me over and over...sigh......




Little A is going to be getting his first haircut. His dark blonde curly locks will be no more...and will probably make way to a much darker brown shade. He is telling me when he needs to "go" and says Mommy now instead of Mama. But, he still sneaks in bed with me when daddy goes to work to snuggle......




And finally Baby A.....she has started crying for me, actually looking for me now when someone else is holding her. She is giggling, and "talking" to me under her breath....sigh.....3 months old already..time flies so fast.





Thankfully, my husband has learned to make these for me..I am spoiled.

She's here!

Our baby girl was born on December 14th at 5:48 p.m. She was 8lbs 15 oz and 21 1/4 inches long! We are home doing well and will update more later :)

IT'S A GIRL!

We found out we are having another girl yesterday and are sooo overjoyed with knowing now! One of my very good friends (that has know me for years) made the joke that It couldn't be any other way for me than a perfect order of boy, girl, boy, girl...course we know that's not how it happens..but thought it was funny :)



I have been just thanking Jesus all day for this blessing! I am so excited to be having another baby, let alone it being another girl.

Park day fun

Today was the last parkday of the year for our homeschool group and my children were looking forward to it because they had a carnival. As you can see, the little ones were running to get there:


The first thing Middle A plays on is the ladder rope thing (she's so happy to be able to do it now!)


Little A has learned to get up to the big slide all by himself:

And finally Little A tried to play tic tac toe....he did a good job!


By the end of this all I was exhausted! And so was little A, but he didn't want to leave :(



We had a great day but Mom needs the rest of the summer to relax after this day!

Our little jumping bean...

I had an ultrasound done yesterday. We couldn't stop laughing! The baby kept jumping around and just not cooperating! Anyways, it was a blessing to see my newest little one on the screen and it helped the other children to see that the baby was real and we are indeed adding another member to our family this year!

This first ultrasound pic is of the baby looking straight at us :) If you look closely you can see the eyes :) Middle A kept saying that that is her sister and even has proceeded to name her already....lol. We'll find out sometime in July and will keep you posted :) At this point, I don't have an inkling of what this child's gender is, so I am not going to even say anything (although, lately, my personal attitude and reactions to things is saying girl....just sayin ;)


This is a side view of the baby :) I am 13 weeks today and heading into my second trimester...I am praying that the morning sickness lets up completely this week...but it's all in God's timing :)

We are off to make homemade yeast donuts! What? You didn't know it was national donut day?

Yup, I am THAT kind of Mom.

I don't mind my children getting dirty. It's good fun and I think it's an important part of childhood. Hubby and I were out planting the garden this weekend , well hubby was, I was supervising the seeds, and the little ones decided to make "paint" out of mud...I say go for it!

This is the result. I was a little sorry I allowed it after having to wash the mud out of the clothes and hair....but got some good pics and they had a great time...isn't that what matters?

And where was Big A while all of this was going on? Hiding in his trampoline away from the messy littles. I think he is the only one I raised right err wrong. He could have much as a crumb on his hand and I was wiping him down. Sigh. First time momma syndrome...yup, we'll blame it on that :D

Anyone home?

I'm still around...just taking care of my family and doing lots of de-cluttering around the house and internet ;)
I wanted to share what a big help my oldest son is. I grabbed a pic of him holding his brother (who was sleeping) WHILE he was playing his video game..lol.This was New Years day (it was hot outside!)and I was trying to cook, so ds picked him up and put him to sleep.lol! Sigh, times like this make me so grateful God gave me another boy :)

Today is was beautiful out so we went to the park and took some pics in hopes of getting some good ones to add to our Christmas card this year. Here are a couple of my favorites :) (200 pictures later..call me crazy..go ahead)











I hope I can figure out the scrapbooking site well enough to make a card..lol.
And btw yes, my kids are still wearing summer clothes. Its still in the 70 to 80's here..why not? LOL

My littlest one is walking.

Blogger is giving me trouble lately! Anyone else? I finally found a site to upload a video of my little one! He's been walking for a couple of weeks now and thought you would all enjoy seeing him ;) He's become quite the expert (as you'll see in this video) and if you don't mind a gloating mama's annoying voice or a toy mess in the background its a must watch. LOL

Forgot to add: The noise in the background in something that the baby does.....its really wierd but its like a growling type noise from the back of his throat! LOL Oh and my dd is sitting next to me making alot of noise also...so sorry about the sound quality ;P

Happy 1st Birthday Baby!!

Sigh. He has grown too fast. I just can't believe it. Here are a few (sorry ALOT) of pics of him throughout the months..shows how much he really has changed.
He's not walking quite yet, but give him a couple of weeks and he'll be running around the house.
I am taking every chance I get to stop and smell the baby smell while he still has it.
